Where do you ship from?
We ship from Mississippi, United States. 

How long does shipping take?
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days once processed). Due to the influx of orders due to drops, please allow up to 7-21 days processing time before shipping. International orders are sent using various services and this will be denoted on your order shipping confirmation with how to track. 

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet and are due one, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@fullsend.com. 


There is an issue with my order.
Please contact support here with your order number, name, and email associated with your order. 

What happens if my order is returned to sender?
Any order that is returned to sender for address errors or other reasons are refunded the net price of the order minus shipping costs.
