How do I use Full Send nicotine pouches?

Open your Full Send can in three quick steps:

  1. Step 1: Peel and remove the side label.
  2. Step 2: Push the lid down and turn counter-clockwise.

Do you ship to all states?

Due to state and local regulations on nicotine products, we cannot ship to all locations. We currently cannot ship nicotine pouches to:

  • South Dakota (SD)

  • Nebraska (NE)

Why is an adult signature required?

This means someone 21 or older must be present to sign for the package when it arrives. UPS will make multiple delivery attempts, and you can also arrange to pick up your package at a UPS location if needed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your Full Send account to view your order status and tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Full Send only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping for nicotine products due to varying international regulations.
