Where do you ship from?
NEW FOR APRIL: We now ship from Mississippi, United States. 

How long does shipping take?
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days once processed). Please allow up to 10 business days processing time before shipping. International orders are sent using various services and this will be denoted on your order shipping confirmation with how to track. 

What is your return policy?
All items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please contact our support team here if there is an issue with your order. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet and are due one, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@fullsend.com.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email support.
